Year of Stash Socks 2011

I have joined a great group on Ravelry. We are knitting from our sock yarn stash. And not just socks. next month we are doing mittens. which is great, because I am into colorwork and mittens right now.

These are my plain vanilla socks-meaning they are just a simple rib pattern.

Here are the mittens I made for Abi.

And here are mittens I test knitted for Mandy of Zigzag knits. The other side are the oppsite colors. I love this pattern. If you like this pattern it is from her red collection book.
